Do I need previous experience for your classes?

You do not need previous experience for any of my classes. I'm here to guide you Step by Step.

Do you offer a trial class for any of your classes?

I offer an hour free trial for all my One o One Training programs, and I also have a seven-day free trial once a year for my online classes.

How long is the class duration?

I have six training programs, each of which has a different structure. Here is each workout's duration: Building muscles last 45 minutes, Cardio Training last 45 minutes, Maximum Strength 25-35 minutes, Coordination 20-30 minutes, Speziell back training 25-30 minutes, and Pole conditioning 20-30 minutes. All these workouts have a warm-up, and cool-down included.

Do you offer on-site classes, or just virtual classes?

I offer both classes, live and virtual.

Do you offer 1-on-1 classes and personal training?

I work mainly as a personal trainer with One o One class and give group training to up to 10 people.
