This class focuses on building the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus muscles, along with the surrounding leg muscles, to give you a more sculpted, rounded, and toned look. With the help of resistance equipment and expert guidance from our Personal Trainer, Spicy Booty makes leg day intense, effective, and fun—all set to the beat of energizing music!

Training Equipment:

Spicy Booty provides all the equipment you need to target those glute and leg muscles. Here’s what you’ll be working with:

  • Pumpset: With adjustable weights, the pumpset is ideal for adding resistance to exercises like squats, lunges, and deadlifts, helping build strength and muscle definition.
  • Theraband: This resistance band adds extra tension, especially to movements that target the smaller glute muscles. Perfect for lateral leg lifts, hip abductions, and glute bridges, it intensifies the workout and activates muscles that are harder to reach with weights alone.
  • Yoga Mat: The mat provides comfort and stability, making floor exercises like glute bridges, leg lifts, and cool-down stretches easier and safer.
