Do you offer 1-on-1 personal training?

"Yes, I do offer one-on-one personal training. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Depending on your preference, I can train you at a commercial gym, at your home, or even outdoors."

Do you also offer Online Personal Training?

"Yes, I do offer Online Personal Training. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is conducted via FaceTime or WhatsApp. Just like in-person training, I can guide you whether you're at a commercial gym, at home, or even training outdoors."

Do you offer different types of group classes?

"Yes, I do offer different types of group classes.
Here are the options:
Spicy Gains: A muscle-building group class.
Spicy heat: Focuses on burning fat and getting lean.
Spicy Booty: A class dedicated to growing your glutes.
Spicy Rumba: A fun dance workout class, similar to Zumba but with more excitement!
SpicyYoggi: A yoga-inspired class that helps you stretch and relax.
Backstability: A class designed to strengthen your back muscles and reduce stress from daily activities.

These classes will be available starting in 2025."

Do I need previous experience for your classes?

"No, you don't need any previous experience for my classes. They are designed for all levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced. I provide different weights and equipment to match your fitness level, and as your Personal Trainer, I’ll make sure you’re performing the exercises correctly to get the best results."

How long does a Spicy Class section last?

"Most Spicy Classes last 45 minutes. The class sequence includes a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down to ensure a balanced and effective session."
