All of my Training plans are Personalised, because we are all different from each other. Which means that what work for me doesn't necessarily means it will work for you. This is the reason why I always start with a Body Analysis and Case History to get to know you better before I designed your Personalise Training Plan. What will I check:
- Medical History, present health and Goals.
- The function of your muscle and body resistance.
- Body fat, weight, muscle volume, cm and your Puls.
