It can be difficult to find the right time or Motivation to exercise and eat properly. But you should not let that stop you. With this package you can book your Personal Training at any time of the day you want. I also help you to find the right Diet für your needs and how to follow it. This will keep you getting amazing physical and health results while working.

All of my Training plans are Personalised, because we are all different from each other. Which means that what work for me doesn't necessarily means it will work for you. This is the reason why I always start with a Body Analysis and Case History to get to know you better before I designed your Personalise Training Plan. What will I check:

  1. Medical History, present health and Goals.
  2. The function of your muscle and body resistance.
  3. Body fat, weight, muscle volume, cm and your Puls.
