All of my workouts are created with the anatomy of the human body in mind. But since we are all different from each other, what works for one person does not necessarily mean it will work for the other. That's the main reason why I always start with a whole body check, before I create a training plan tailored to your needs. Where I first checked your BMI, Fat percentage, Blood pressure, your hormones and your body type.
As your Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer, I will be there for you no matter the time. Because I don't just deliver my workouts in private training, but also in online courses, and group trainings. and I'm not here to just boss you around but also to boss you around. I'm here to be that good influence that you need to stay motivated and disciplined till you reach your Fitness Goals.
